-D Notes are displayed and cleared from the screen automatically when the step to which the note belongs is displayed or cleared. When a step is active or is being used in a drawing step, a 3-D note created for the step will be displayed. When the step is no longer displayed, the note also is not displayed. Creation of 3-D notes is the default when creating a note in a step.

Actually I have made a draft angle on the head curve and neck curve already. So it can be getting out of mold and can really go to production (if anyone would). I think that in the later on step if you want to come back with a draft angle then it is almost impossible.
