Working with forms in Dreamweaver - Dreamweaver tutorial

Start by going Insert > Form > Text Field

You Should Now Have this:

After adding one for email your going to add a Drop down list for your form Subject, we do this by going Insert > Form > List/Menu. Click on your List/Menu and look at your Properties at the bottom of the page. Click Type: List and then click List Values...

You will now have a page like this pop up. Click "+" to add a Item then Click OK when you have all your options in your Drop down list.
