Open up a new html page in dreamweaver and start by going to your toolbar Insert > Table and put these properties in:

In the first Row Put Your Logo in by going Insert > Images

To the right of your logo, put in your advertising banner by going Insert > Images. Click on your logo and go to the bottom to Properties and give it 10 Pixels H Space (horizontal) then click on your banner and give it a V Space of 5 pixels (Vertical)
