Glassy Buttons - Photoshop tutorial

Step one:

Start with a large white canvas. Make a new layer set titled Tab. In a new layer draw a #F6FF00 rectangle, this will be the core of your tab. ( width: 150px x height: 18px)
Add the following layer styles:

Inner Shadow

Inner Glow

Gradient Overlay

Stroke
