Media Center Skin - Photoshop tutorial

Step five:

In a new layer draw a #323232 circle using your ellipse tool. ( width: 111px x height: 111px)
Add the following layer styles:

Inner Glow

Gradient Overlay

Stroke

Step six:

In a new layer draw a black circle using your ellipse tool. ( width: 93px x height: 93px)
Add the following layer styles:

Inner Glow

Stroke

Set layers blending mode to Lighten.
