In a new layer draw a white rectangle on the side. ( width: 6px x height: 34px)
Add the following layer styles:

Step four:

Duplicate the layer from step five, position it on the opposite side of the tab.

Step five:

Add your first navigation using font Eurostile, bold, 12pt, sharp and #FFFFFF.
Add the following layer styles:
