Follow the steps below and you can view Flash file with PowerPoint. 1. Open PowerPoint and create a new slide, and choose View>Toolbars>Visual Basic 2. Draw out a rectangle on the slide to any dimension. 5. Right-click on the rectangle you have just drawn, and select “Properties”. 6. Change the settings for EmbedMovie to “True” and fill a valid absolute path of your .swf movie. 8. Click “Slide Show” in the menu bar, and then click “View Show”. You can also click the F5 on keyboard to view the effect, when the video is selected.
