Windows Server 2008 - Installing Internet Information Services IIS 7.0 - Windows tutorial

Installing IIS 7 wind Win2K8 is quite different than it was in past versions of Windows servers like Windows 2000 and 2003, but as you will see in the video, it is more straightforward.
Iis 7 has two different modes of installation, the standard GUI mode we are accustomed to from older versions, and the Server Core Mode.
Basically Server Core Mode is a highly streamlined, low-footprint installation of the server. The advantages of Server Core mode are quite simple:
1. t has a smaller disk footprint.
2. It uses far less memory
3. And it may be considered more secure since there are fewer features to worry about patching.
However, Server Core has no GUI admin tools.
