Step four:

On the tip of your structure, draw a white circle in a new layer. ( width: 18px x height: 18px)
Add the following layer styles:

Inner Glow

Gradient Overlay

Set layers blending mode to Darken.

Step five:

Add two more structures on the end.

Step six:

Merge your Pipe layer set.
Once your layer set turn into a layer, resize the layer by 20%.
Go to Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen More.

Step seven:

Now set-up your canvas as shown below. If you have more than four navigation then add more structures and spacers.
