Pipeline Navigation System.

Step one:

Start with a white canvas. Make a new layer set titled Pipe.
In a new layer draw a white rectangle using your rectangle tool. ( width: 25px x height: 25px)
Add the following layer styles:

Gradient Overlay

Step two:

Duplicate your pipe from step one.

Step three:

In a new layer draw a white circle. (width: 18px x height: 18px)
Add the following layer styles:

Inner Glow

Gradient Overlay

Set layers blending mode to Darken.
