Aquarelle painting effect - Photoshop tutorial

We will create an aquarelle panting from a simple image using some easy steps

Step 1

First open the image on which you would like to apply the effect

Step 2

Then press ctrl + u and increase the saturation of the image

Step 4

Then in the filters gallery apply these effect

As a result you should get something like this

Then duplicate the layer and desaturate it

Step 6

Next apply emboss under "Stylize" in filter menu

Step 7

Now you just need to change the layer settings of the top layer

Step 8

Voila !! You are now ready to create a Mona Lisa !
