Glassy text on a twisted background - Photoshop tutorial

Step 1

Start by creating a new photoshop document with black background using fill option.We ll use brush tool and make the background effect.Then we ll add the text and then some effects to it.

Choose a brush of size 12 or 14 px and draw some lines like the ones shown below.

Step 2

Now we ll make it look different.Choose the "craquelure" option from filters menu.

Step 3

Now apply radial blur to this layer with the following values.

Apply the same "craquelure" effect to this layer again with the same values that you did in the step 2.
