The most practical way to round off a corner of a sheetmetal part is to use a Solid feature, not a Sheetmetal feature. Using the Round option to remove corners is completely compatible with all the other sheetmetal features (i.e. Flat State, Bend Back and Unbend).

This Lesson teaches you how to create a new part and add your first few Features to create a solid model. Solids are created from a series of discrete Features. Features are created using many different methods, but are fundamentally defined by extruding (a.k.a. sweeping) a 2D profile through 3D space. This sweep may be in a linear direction over a specific distance or even revolved about an axis (as shown below).
