Apply image on a new layer then do ‘’ filter – blur – Gaussian blur ‘’ set radius to around 1- 2 and then set the layer to lighten and erase the parts u don’t like

Make two dots under the render make them in light color and use for this a soft round brush around 120 -150 pixels big set the layer to overlay

Apply image on a new layer and then do ‘’ filter – distort – angled strokes ‘’ then do ‘’ filter – blur – motion blur ‘’ now erase the parts u don’t like

Add photo filter ‘’ layer – new adjustment layer – photo filter ‘’ and use this one :

Set to soft light at 15% opacity :

Add color balance ‘’ layer – new adjustment layer – color balance ‘’ and use this one :

Leave it at normal :

Add gradient map ‘’ layer – new adjustment layer – gradient map ‘’ and use this one :

Set to soft light at 80% opacity

Add gradient map ‘’ layer – new adjustment layer – gradient map ‘’ and use this one :

Set to color burn at 15% opacity

Add photo filter ‘’ layer – new adjustment layer – photo filter ‘’ and use this one :

Leave it at normal

Make a new layer and fill it with black and set the layer to color

Apply image on a new layer and then do ‘’ filter – sharpen – sharpen ‘’ and then move it a little bit to left

Make a new layer and blur around the render with your blur tool by using a soft round brush

Add gradient map ‘’ layer – new adjustment layer – gradient map ‘’ and use this one :

Set to saturation and erase the parts u don’t like
