Step one:

Start with a large black canvas and make a new layer set titled Stand Structure in your layers window. On your tools window choose your rounded rectangle tool. Set the radius setting of your rounded rectangle to 8 pixels and check anti-aliased. In a new layer draw a 145 x 22 pixels, #B7B7B7 rounded rectangle.
With this layer add the following layer styles:

Drop Shadow

Inner Shadow

Gradient Overlay

Step two:

In a new layer draw a small 17 x 12 pixels, black rounded rectangle. Try to match the picture for location.
With this layer add a

Gradient Overlay

layer style.



Step three:

Duplicate the small structure from step two and set them up as shown below.



Step four:

Duplicate your Stand Structure layer set from your layers window. Position the copy next to the original.



Step five:

In a new layer draw a large 368 x281 pixels, black rounded rectangle.
With this layer set the blending mode to Lighten and add the following layer styles:

Inner Shadow

Satin

Stroke
