Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) is a style shet language used for describing the look and formatting of a document written in a markup language. It is mostly used to style webpages and interfaces written in HTML. Like I always say: HTML is the skeleton while CSS is the flesh, that is, CSS is used to control the style and layout of multiple webpages all at once.
