The more reference files you have, the more difficult and time-consuming they'll be to modify. Making changes to multiple reference files one a reference file at a time can be tedious, counter-productive and expensive. If done by a human operator, there's no way to be sure that some reference attachments won't be overlooked or mishandled.

How do you convert a MicroStation V7 3D cell library to a V7 2D cell library and vice-versa? Easy! Just use MicroStation`s "Export" function.
